A protest by UNP members to condemn the killing of 'The Sunday Leader' editor Lasantha Wickrematunga resulted in the adjournment of Parliament sittings today (Jan. 09th).Wearing black and red bands and holding placards, UNP members gathered near the speaker's chair and shouted slogans against the government, accusing it of committing murder.
